Keith has 16 years of experience handling and supervising personal and commercial casualty claims.  Keith was a Casualty Supervisor for Great American’s Municipal and School Programs before coming to Massamont in January of 2000. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Keith has also earned his Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America and his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. kdaleb@massamontinsurance.com
